摘要
不断开展矿用主通风机监控系统的改进设计,提高通风机的通风效率及安全,已成为当前企业重点考虑方向。为此,分析了主通风机的结构组成,进行了风机上振动监测点、温度监测点的布局设计,开展了主通风机中监控系统的总体设计及部分分系统研究,并在FBCDZ型主通风机上进行现场应用测试,显示该监控系统运行正常,能更加稳定地实现对主通风机运行状态的实时监控和故障报警,整体性能更加稳定可靠,能大大提高通风机的通风效率。
continuous development of mine main fan monitoring system improvement design,improve the ventilation efficiency and safety of the fan,has become the focus of current enterprises.Therefore,the structure of the main fan is analyzed,the layout design of the vibration monitoring points and temperature monitoring points on the fan is carried out,the overall design of the monitoring system in the main fan and the research of some subsystems are carried out,and the field application test is carried out on the FBCDZ main fan.It is concluded that the monitoring system runs normally and can realize the real-time monitoring of the main fan's running state more stably Monitoring and fault alarm,the overall performance is more stable and reliable,can greatly improve the ventilation efficiency of the fan,has important practical application value.
