摘要
本文以西曲矿风氧化带下28406工作面为工程背景,通过采用固安特注浆加固技术,有效解决了工作面煤层顶板破破碎,煤体松软,片帮、冒顶严重,实现了工作面的正常生产。并对煤与矸渣分装分运系统进行整体设计,具有简洁,安装、改造方便的特点,可有效解决黄泥对运输、煤炭洗选等系统的影响。
Based on the engineering background of 28406 working face under the wind oxidation zone in Xiqu coal mine,through the use of gu'ante grouting reinforcement technology,it effectively solves the problems of broken roof,soft coal,serious spalling and roof fall,and realizes the normal production of the working face.The overall design of coal and gangue separate loading and transportation system has the characteristics of simplicity,convenient installation and transformation,which can effectively solve the influence of yellow mud on transportation,coal washing and other systems.
