经阴道超声对健康生育期女性输卵管动脉血流阻力指数周期性变化分析

Analysis of the periodic changes of the resistance index of fallopian tube arterial blood flow in healthy reproductive women by transvaginal ultrasound

摘要 目的探讨采用阴道超声方式对健康生育期女性输卵管动脉血流阻力指数周期性变化的分析。方法选取2018年5月至2019年6月于本院体检且结果健康并具备完整的月经周期资料的生育期女性84名为研究对象,受检者在月经周期的卵泡前期、排卵期以及黄体萎缩期间,采用阴道超声检测的方式测定受检者的排卵侧和非排卵侧输卵管的动脉血流指数。结果受检者不同月经周期排卵侧输卵管动脉取样成功率高于非排卵侧,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);同侧输卵管动脉血流指数在不同周期的差异性显著,且两侧输卵换的动脉血流阻力指数在不同周期差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),排卵侧的动脉血流阻力指数低于非排卵侧。结论健康生育期女性的输卵管动脉血流阻力指数存在周期性的变化,不同月经周期的血流阻力指数有较大的差异,且有一定的规律性。 Objective To explore the analysis of the periodic changes of the fallopian tube arterial blood flow resistance index of healthy women during childbearing periods by using vaginal ultrasound.Methods A total of 84 women in the reproductive period who had physical examination in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 and had healthy results and complete menstrual cycle data were selected as the research subjects.The subjects were examined during the prefollicular phase,ovulation and corpus luteum of the menstrual cycle.During atrophy,the arterial blood flow index of the fallopian tubes on the ovulating side and the non-ovulating side of the subject was measured by means of vaginal ultrasound.Results The success rate of sampling from the ovulation side of the subjects in different menstrual cycles was higher than the non-ovulation side,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the blood flow index of the ipsilateral fallopian tube was significantly different in different cycles.In addition,the arterial blood flow resistance index of both sides of the oviduct exchange was significantly different in different cycles(P<0.05),and the arterial blood flow resistance index of the ovulating side was lower than that of the non-ovulating side.Conclusion The fallopian tube arterial blood flow resistance index of healthy women of childbearing period changes periodically,and the blood flow resistance index of different menstrual cycles has large difference,and has a certain regularity.
