环磷酰胺冲击联合百令胶囊对狼疮性肾炎患者狼疮活动积分的影响

Effect of cyclophosphamide shock combined with Bailing capsule on lupus activity score in patients with lupus nephritis

目的探究环磷酰胺冲击联合百令胶囊治疗对狼疮性肾炎患者狼疮活动积分的影响。方法选取2018年2月至2020年2月本院收治的76例狼疮性肾炎患者作为研究对象,采取开放随机对照方法分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组采取环磷酰胺治疗,观察组采取环磷酰胺+百令胶囊治疗,比较两组红斑狼疮病情活动度(SLEDAI积分)、药物不良反应发生率、各项临床指标。结果治疗后,观察组SLEDAI评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组补体C3、补体C4均高于对照组,高敏C-反应蛋白、24 h尿蛋白指标均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用环磷酰胺冲击联合百令胶囊治疗狼疮性肾炎患者,可有效减少不良反应,改善临床指标,临床应用效果显著。

Objective To explore the effect of cyclophosphamide shock combined with Bailing Capsule on lupus activity scores in patients with lupus nephritis.Methods 76 patients with lupus nephritis admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to February 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and observation group by an open randomized control method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cyclophosphamide,and the observation group was treated with cyclophosphamide+Bailing capsule,and the lupus erythematosus activity(SLEDAI score),the incidence of adverse drug reactions,and various clinical indicators were compared in the two groups.Results After treatment,the SLEDAI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);the complement C3 and complement C4 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the indexes of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein and 24-hour urine protein were lower than control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with lupus nephritis,cyclophosphamide shock combined with Bailing capsule treatment can effectively reduce adverse reactions,improve clinical indicators,and have a significant clinical application effect.
