腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石患者的效果观察

Observation on the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with gallstones

目的探究胆结石患者开展腹腔镜胆囊切除术的效果。方法选取2018年9月至2019年9月本院收治的胆结石患者96例为研究对象,根据治疗方式不同分为参照组和研究组,每组48例。参照组患者采用小切口胆囊切除术,研究组采用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗。比较两组手术指标、术后康复指标、血清炎性因子水平及并发症发生率。结果研究组手术时间、切口长度、肛门排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、下床活动时间及住院时间均短于参照组,术中出血量少于参照组,TNF-α、IL-6、IL-10水平均低于参照组,并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论采取腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石患者疗效显著,能明显减少术中出血量,缩短术后康复时间,改善血清炎性因子水平,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with gallstones.Methods 96 cases of gallstone patients admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and were divided into the control group and the study group according to different treatment methods,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with small incision cholecystectomy,and the study group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The surgical indicators,postoperative rehabilitation indicators,serum inflammatory factor levels and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time,incision length,anus exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time,time to get out of bed and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,the level of TNF-α,IL-6,IL-10 was lower than that of the control group,and the complication rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is effective in treating patients with gallstones.It can significantly reduce intraoperative blood loss,shorten postoperative recovery time,and improve serum inflammatory factor levels,it is worthy of clinical application.
