不同剂量右美托咪定滴鼻在婴儿MRI检查中的应用

Intranasal administration of different dose of dexmedetomidine for infants who undergoing magnetic resonance imaging examination

目的探讨不同剂量右美托咪定(Dex)滴鼻在婴儿MRI检查中的应用。方法选取2020年1—7月于本院接受MRI检查患儿61例作为研究对象,随机分为D1组(Dex 2µg/kg,n=30)和D2组(Dex 3µg/kg,n=31)。滴鼻后30 min内进行Ramsay评分。比较两组患儿镇静起效时间、苏醒时间、镇静失败率和不良反应。结果D1、D2组镇静起效时间分别为(16.73±3.29)min,(12.48±2.67)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D1、D2组苏醒时间分别为(38.50±10.40)min,(59.03±16.85)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);D1、D2组镇静成功率分别73.3%、93.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组均未发生呼吸抑制、低氧血症及严重心动过缓等不良反应。结论两种剂量右美托咪定滴鼻应用于婴儿MRI检查均安全有效,其中Dex 3µg/kg效果更佳。

Objective To explore the application of different doses of dexmedetomidine(Dex)intranasal drops in infant MRI examination.Methods A total of 61 children who underwent MRI examination in our hospital from January 2020 to July 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into D1 group(Dex 2µg/kg,n=30)and D2 group(Dex 3µg/kg,n=31).Ramsay score was performed within 30 minutes after nasal drip.The sedation onset time,recovery time,sedation failure rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The onset time of sedation in the D1 and D2 groups was(16.73±3.29)min and(12.48±2.67)min,respectively,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the recovery time of the D1 and D2 groups was(38.50±10.40)min,(59.03±16.85)min,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);the success rates of sedation in groups D1 and D2 were 73.3%and 93.5%,respectively,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no adverse reactions such as respiratory depression,hypoxemia,and severe bradycardia in the two groups.Conclusion Two doses of dexmedetomidine nasal drops are safe and effective when used in infant MRI examinations,among which Dex 3µg/kg is more effective.
