摘要 随着国家环保政策愈发严格,氢氧化铝焙烧炉烟气除尘脱硝成为氧化铝生产系统的重要部分。文章介绍了铝工业窑炉大气污染物排放的要求,并针对氢氧化铝焙烧炉工艺设备及烟气特征,对比了氢氧化铝焙烧炉烟气除尘及脱硝技术性能。最后对氧化铝焙烧炉烟气电+金属滤袋复合除尘器技术、SCNR+SCR耦合脱硝技术的应用案例进行了介绍。 With the increasingly strict national environmental protection policy,the dust removal and denitration of the flue gas from the aluminum hydroxide calciner have become an important part of the alumina production system.This paper described the development of environmental protection policies for air pollutants from aluminum industrial kilns,and compared the technical performance of dust removal and denitration of flue gas from aluminum hydroxide calciner according to the process equipment and flue gas characteristics of aluminum hydroxide calciner.Finally,the paper described the application cases of the composite precipitator technology with electric+metal filter bag and the SCNR+SCR coupling denitration technology.
