提升军队院校法治教育水平探析

Analysis on improvement of legal education in military academies

军队院校教育条例提出“院校教学应当以提高学员军政素质为核心,促进学员科技、法律、文化等素质全面发展”,这是打牢军校学员军政素质的基础,落实到法律方面就是要加强军队院校法治教育,提升学员法治素养。军队院校法治教育是依法治军的根基,在地位作用、教育特色、教育体系等方面具有鲜明特点。调查研究表明:新形势下军队院校学员法治意识较强,但理性认知程度还需加深;军队法治教育重视理论讲授,但与实战贴合不紧。针对军校法治教育特点和学员思想实际,深化军校法治教育应着力在健全体系、统筹资源、贴近实战上下功夫。

It is stated in the education regulations of military academies that the teaching planning of military academies should focus on improving the cadets′military and political quality and urging the all-round development of the cadets in science,technology,law and culture,which is essential for laying a solid foundation of their political quality.With regard to law,it is necessary to strengthen the legal education and improve the legal literacy of the cadets.Law-consciousness in military academies is the foundation of running by law,which has distinctive characteristics in terms of status,function,characteristics and executive system.Investigations indicate that under the new situation,students in the military academy have a strong sense of the rule of law,but their rational cognition needs deepening.Military legal education attaches importance to theoretical teaching,but it is not closely related to actual combat.In view of these characteristics and the ideological reality of the cadets,efforts should be made to improve the system with an overall management of resources and enable it to be conducted close to the actual combat scenario.
