城中湖与长江城区段超微型真核浮游生物多样性比较研究

摘要 超微型真核浮游生物具有重要的生态作用。为比较长江湖北黄石市区段和磁湖水域中超微型真核浮游生物的多样性,分别于2015年秋季(10月)和冬季(12月)进行采样,针对18S rDNA的V4区,采用Illumina Miseq PE250高通量测序平台进行测序。结果表明,两个水域的多样性指数均是秋季大于冬季,而且两个水域的多样性指数存在明显差异,长江站点高于磁湖站点。两个水域的物种组成差异较大,优势类群也不一样,优势类群总体上随季节变动而变动,季节对群落结构的影响大于空间。 Picoeukaryotic plankton plays an important ecological role.In order to explore the diversity of picoeukaryotic plankton in Huangshi urban section of the Yangtze river and Ci lake,seasonal sampling was conducted in autumn(October)and winter(December)of 2015,and the 18S rDNA of four samples was sequenced by Illumina miseq PE250 high-throughput sequencing platform.The results showed that the diversity index in autumn was higher than that in winter,and there was obvious difference between the two water areas.The diversity index in Yangtze river station was higher than that in Ci Lake station.The species composition of the two waters is quite different,and the dominant groups are also different.The dominant groups generally change with the seasons.The influence of season on community structure is greater than that of space.
