基层医院临床高血压病合理用药问题

Rational drug use of clinical hypertension in grass-roots hospitals

目的:研究基层医院临床高血压病合理用药问题。方法:2018年8月-2020年8月收治原发性高血压患者136例,统计患者用药种类,分析合理用药问题。结果:136例患者共使用药物244例次,其中CCB86例(35.25%),β受体阻滞剂51例(20.90%),ARB75例(30.74%),利尿剂9例(3.69%),ACEI23例(9.43%)。患者采用1种药物、2种药物治疗方案为主。1级患者中使用1种药物最多[49例(80.33%)],2级患者中使用2种药物最多[26例(55.32%)],3级患者中使用3种药物最多[15例(53.57%)]。治疗总有效率为76.47%。结论:目前高血压患者存在用药不合理的问题,需要针对高血压用药合理性问题展开管理,提高临床治疗的安全性及临床疗效。

Objective:To study the rational drug use of clinical hypertension in grass-roots hospitals.Methods:From August 2018 to August 2020,136 patients with essential hypertension were selected.We counted the drug types of patients and analyzed the problem of rational drug use.Results:136 patients used drugs 244 times,there were 86 cases of CCB(35.25%),51 cases ofβreceptor blockers(20.90%),75 cases of ARB(30.74%),9 cases of diuretics(3.69%),and 23 cases of ACEI(9.43%).The patients were mainly treated with one drug and two drugs.One drug was used most in grade 1 patients[49 cases(80.33%)],two drugs were used most in grade 2 patients[26 cases(55.32%)],and three drugs were used most in grade 3 patients[15 cases(53.57%)].The total effective rate was 76.47%.Conclusion:At present,patients with hypertension have the problem of unreasonable medication,we need to manage the rationality of hypertension medication to improve the safety and clinical efficacy of clinical treatment.
