布地奈德联合特布他林治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床分析

Clinical analysis of budesonide combined with terbutaline in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:分析布地奈德联合特布他林治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的效果与安全性。方法:2018年1月-2020年3月收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者79例,随机分为两组。对照组单纯接受特布他林雾化治疗;观察组接受特布他林联合布地奈德雾化治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、肺活量(FVC)、最大呼气中期流速(MMEF)及最大呼气流速(PEF)等肺功能指标水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:采用布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效良好,能够有效改善患者肺功能,安全性高。

Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of budesonide combined with terbutaline in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:From January 2018 to March 2020,79 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The control group received terbutaline spray treatment alone.The observation group received terbutaline combined with budesonide spray treatment.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pulmonary function indicators such as forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC),maximum mid-expiratory flow rate(MMEF),and peak expiratory flow(PEF)in the observation group after treatment were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The spray inhalation of budesonide combined with terbutaline has a good effect in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,which can effectively improve the lung function of patients with high safety.
