超声引导椎旁神经阻滞联合全身麻醉对腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后镇痛的效果分析

Analysis of the effect of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block combined with general anesthesia on postoperative analgesia in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的:观察超声引导椎旁神经阻滞联合全身麻醉对腹腔镜胆囊切除患者术后镇痛的效果。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年6月实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术的患者64例,随机分为两组,各32例。对照组给予全身麻醉;试验组给予超声引导椎旁神经阻滞联合全身麻醉。比较两组麻醉效果。结果:试验组术后1 h、12 h、24 h数字模拟量表(VAS)评分分别为(4.23±0.11)分、(3.54±0.12)分、(1.43±0.11)分,均低于对照组,此外,试验组术后麻醉苏醒时间为(18.54±2.23)min,短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组术后不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:腹腔镜胆囊切除患者应用超声引导椎旁神经阻滞联合全身麻醉的效果显著。

Objective:To observe the effect of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block combined with general anesthesia on postoperative analgesia in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods:From June 2019 to June 2020,64 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 32 cases in each group.The control group was given general anesthesia.The experimental group was given ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block combined with general anesthesia.We compared the effects of anesthesia between the two groups.Results:The scores of digital analog scale(VAS)at 1 h,12 h and 24 h in the experimental group were(4.23±0.11),(3.54±0.12)and(1.43±0.11)respectively,which were lower than those in the control group.In addition,the postoperative anesthesia awakening time in the experimental group was(18.54±2.23)min,which was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05);.There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of ultrasound-guided paravertebral nerve block combined with general anesthesia in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is significant.
