急性脑梗死患者应用阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗的临床效果与安全性评价

Evaluation on the clinical effect and safety of intravenous intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase in patients with acute cerebral infarction

目的:分析阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者的临床效果与安全性。方法:2020年1-12月收治急性脑梗死患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规治疗;研究组给予阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组治疗后简易智力状况检查表(MMSE)评分及Barthel指数均高于对照组,美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分低于对照组,改良Rankin量表(MRS)评分也高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗后红细胞聚集指数、红细胞压积及全血黏度等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组用药不良症状发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗急性脑梗死患者,能够有效降低血液黏度,改善患者血液流变学指标水平,明显减轻神经损伤程度,提高患者认知及生活自理功能,具有更好的预后效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect and safety of intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:From January to December 2020,100 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected,they were divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment.The study group was given intravenous thrombolysis with alteplase.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the MMSE score and Barthel index of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group,and the MRS score was also higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the red blood cell aggregation index,hematocrit and whole blood viscosity of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Alteplase intravenous thrombolysis in patients with acute cerebral infarction can effectively reduce blood viscosity,improve the level of blood rheology indicators,significantly reduce the degree of nerve damage,improve patients'cognitive and self-care functions,and have a better prognosis effect.
