穴位贴敷联合艾灸对腰椎压缩性骨折患者肠道功能的效果研究

Study on the effect of acupoint application combined with moxibustion on intestinal function training of patients with lumbar compression fracture

目的:研究穴位贴敷+艾灸对腰椎压缩性骨折患者肠道功能的效果。方法:2019年8月-2020年8月收治腰椎压缩性骨折患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予传统护理;观察组给予穴位贴敷+艾灸治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗后粪便症状、直肠症状、腹部症状及排便症状评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率及满意率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:穴位贴敷+艾灸治疗腰椎压缩性骨折患者,能改善患者胃肠道功能,避免便秘。

Objective:To study the effect of acupoint application combined with moxibustion on intestinal function of patients with lumbar compression fracture.Methods:From August 2019 to August 2020,100 patients with lumbar compression fracture were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing.The observation group was treated with acupoint application combined with moxibustion.The clinical efficacy between the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,scores of stool symptoms,rectal symptoms,abdominal symptoms and defecation symptoms in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate and satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application combined with moxibustion can improve gastrointestinal function and avoid constipation in patients with lumbar compression fracture.
