中药穴位敷贴联合推拿对儿童功能性便秘的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with massage on children with functional constipation

目的:分析中药穴位敷贴联合推拿对儿童功能性便秘的临床效果。方法:2019年1月-2021年1月收治功能性便秘患儿72例,随机分为两组,各36例。对照组给予推拿治疗;观察组给予中药穴位敷贴联合推拿治疗。比较两组患儿临床效果、排便困难积分、Bristol粪便积分和排便时间。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后排便困难积分、Bristol粪便积分和排便时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:功能性便秘患儿应用中药穴位敷贴联合推拿治疗,具有较好的效果。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with massage on children with functional constipation.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2021,72 children with functional constipation were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 36 cases in each group.The control group was given massage therapy.The observation group was given Chinese medicine acupoint application combined with massage therapy.The clinical effects,dysfecal dysfunction score,Bristol stool score and defecation time were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of dysfecal dysfunction,Bristol stool score and defecation time after treatment in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with massage therapy for children with functional constipation has a good effect.
