手术室系统化护理路径在胸腔镜食管癌根治术中的护理效果

Nursing effect of systematic nursing path in operating room in thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal carcinoma

目的:探讨手术室系统化护理路径在胸腔镜食管癌根治术中的护理效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2020年12月接受胸腔镜食管癌根治术治疗的食管癌患者85例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规围手术期护理干预;观察组在常规护理干预基础上给予手术室系统化护理路径干预。比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组手术时间、术后住院时间、术中出血量及术后并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分及护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室系统化护理路径在胸腔镜食管癌根治术中的护理效果理想,可明显缩短手术时间,减少术中出血量,改善食管癌患者的手术预后,具有较高应用价值。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of systematic nursing path in operating room in thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer.Methods:From January 2020 to December 2020,85 patients with esophageal cancer who received thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group received conventional perioperative nursing intervention.The observation group was given systematic nursing path intervention in operating room on the basis of conventional nursing intervention.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,postoperative hospitalization time,intraoperative blood loss volume and incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Operating room systematic nursing path has ideal nursing effect in thoracoscopic radical resection of esophageal cancer,which can significantly shorten the operation time,reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss volume,improve the surgical prognosis of esophageal cancer patients,and has high application value.
