人文关怀护理在糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗中的应用效果

Application of humanistic care nursing in hemodialysis treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients

目的:分析人文关怀护理在糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗中的应用效果及对患者焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分的影响。方法:选取2019年6月-2020年10月行维持性血液透析治疗的糖尿病肾病患者124例,根据护理方法不同分为两组,各62例。观察组采取人文关怀护理;对照组采取常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组透析并发症发生率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后SAS评分、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人文关怀护理的应用,有助于降低糖尿病肾病患者血液透析治疗期间的并发症发生率,改善患者焦虑抑郁情绪。

Objective:To analyze the application effect of humanistic care nursing in the hemodialysis treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients and its influence on SAS and SDS scores.Methods:From June 2019 to October 2020,124 patients with diabetic nephropathy who underwent maintenance hemodialysis treatment were selected and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods with 62 cases in each group.The observation group took humanistic care nursing.The control group received conventional nursing.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence of dialysis complications in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group after nursing,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of humanistic care nursing is helpful to reduce the incidence of complications and improve the anxiety and depression of diabetic nephropathy patients during hemodialysis treatment.
