摘要
目的:探讨体验式健康教育对肝硬化患者自我管理能力的影响。方法:2019年1月-2020年8月收治肝硬化患者84例,依据时间先后顺序分为两组,各42例。对照组接受常规护理;试验组在常规护理基础上实施体验式健康教育。比较两组干预效果。结果:试验组干预后健康认知水平、自我管理能力量表(ESCA)评分、健康管理行为评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:体验式健康教育可有效提高肝硬化患者的健康认知水平,增加患者的自我管理能力,改善患者健康行为。
Objective:To explore the effect of experiential health education on self-management ability of patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods:From January 2019 to August 2020,84 patients with liver cirrhosis were selected,they were divided into the two groups according to chronological order with 42 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group implemented experiential health education on the basis of routine nursing.We compared the intervention effects of the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the health cognition level,ESCA scale score and health management behavior score of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Experiential health education can effectively improve the health cognition level of patients with liver cirrhosis,increase the patient's self-management ability,and improve patients'health behavior.
