目标管理法在老年脑梗死患者康复护理中的作用

Effect of objective management method in rehabilitation nursing of elderly patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨目标管理法在老年脑梗死患者康复护理中的作用。方法:2019年9月-2020年5月收治老年脑梗死患者92例,随机分为两组,各46例。对照组给予常规康复护理;观察组在康复护理中实施目标管理法。比较两组患者运动功能(FMA)评分、自理能力(Barthel)评分、生活质量评分及依从性。结果:观察组护理后FMA评分及Barthel评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量各项评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:目标管理法在老年脑梗死患者康复护理中的作用显著,可改善患者运动功能,提高患者依从性及自理能力,提升生活质量。

Objective:To explore the effect of objective management method in rehabilitation nursing of elderly patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:From September 2019 to May 2020,92 elderly patients with cerebral infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation nursing.The observation group implemented target management in rehabilitation nursing.We compared the motor function(FMA)score,self-care ability(Barthel)score,quality of life score and compliance between the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the FMA score and Barthel score after nursing were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the scores of quality of life after nursing were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of objective management method in rehabilitation nursing of elderly patients with cerebral infarction is significant,it can improve patients'motor function,improve patients'compliance and self-care ability,and improve the quality of life.
