Objective:To explore the effect of kangaroo continuous nursing on physiological indexes and physical development of preterm infants. Methods:From March 2019 to August 2020,72 premature infants born in our hospital were selected, and they were randomly divided into two groups with 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing. The observation group was given kangaroo nursing combined with continuous nursing. We compared the nursing effects of the two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in respiration and heart rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The blood oxygen saturation level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The success rate of breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the body mass, head circumference and body length at 42 days after birth were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the scores of maternal nursing attitude, health guidance and nursing technology were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kangaroo combined continuous care for preterm infants can improve blood oxygen saturation, improve the rate of exclusive breastfeeding, and promote the growth and development of preterm infants.
