音乐干预为基础的综合护理对ICU重症肺炎患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响

Effects of comprehensive nursing based on music intervention on sleep quality and psychological state of ICU patients with severe pneumonia

目的:研究音乐干预为基础的综合护理对ICU重症肺炎患者睡眠质量及心理状态的影响。方法:2020年1-12月ICU收治重症肺炎患者100例,依据不同护理方式分为两组。对照组采用常规护理干预;试验组采用以音乐干预为基础的综合护理模式。比较两组患者睡眠质量、心理状态及护理满意度。结果:试验组干预后睡眠质量各项评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用音乐干预为基础的综合护理模式,对ICU重症肺炎患者的心理状态有较高的改善效果,患者睡眠质量也同时得到显著改善,从而对护理人员工作的满意度更高。

Objective:To study the effects of comprehensive nursing based on music intervention on sleep quality and psychological state of ICU patients with severe pneumonia.Methods:From January to December 2020,100 patients with severe pneumonia were selected to ICU and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods.The control group used nursing intervention.The experimental group adopted comprehensive nursing mode based on music intervention.Sleep quality,psychological state and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,scores of sleep quality in the experimental group were lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores of the experimental groups were lower than the control group after intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing mode based on music intervention can improve the psychological state of ICU patients with severe pneumonia,and the sleep quality of patients can also be significantly improved,thus the satisfaction of nursing staff is higher.
