家庭病床分裂症患者应用综合性康复治疗对其社会功能的影响

The effect of comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the social function of patients with family bed schizophrenia

目的:探讨综合性康复治疗对家庭病床分裂症患者社会功能的影响。方法:2018年1月-2020年10月收治家庭病床分裂症患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。对照组实施家庭病床常规服务;试验组开展综合性康复治疗+家庭病床常规服务。比较两组患者个人与社会表现量表(PSP)评分、日常生活能力评分量表(ADL)评分、社会功能缺陷量表(SDSS)评分。结果:试验组干预8周、12周后PSP评分均高于对照组,ADL评分及SDSS评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:家庭病床分裂症患者开展综合性康复治疗,能够有效提高患者社会功能与日常生活能力。

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive rehabilitation treatment on the social function of patients with family bed schizophrenia.Methods:From January 2018 to October 2020,60 patients with family bed schizophrenia were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine family hospital services.The experimental group implemented comprehensive rehabilitation treatment and routine family hospital services.The PSP score,ADL score and SDSS score were compared between the two groups.Results:The PSP scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group after 8 weeks and 12 weeks of intervention,and the ADL and SDSS scores were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using comprehensive rehabilitation treatment for patients with family bed schizophrenia can effectively improve the social function and ability of daily living.
