感染性疾病门诊的管理模式及施行意义研究

Research on the management mode and implementation significance of infectious disease clinics

目的:研究感染性疾病门诊中对人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者应用个案管理护理的效果及施行意义。方法:2019年1月-2020年1月收治建档HIV感染患者100例,随机分为两组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理管理;观察组在常规护理管理基础上应用个案管理护理。比较两组患者生活质量评分及用药依从性。结果:观察组用药依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总体健康、生理功能、心理健康、身体疼痛、情感职能、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在感染性疾病门诊中实施个案管理护理模式对患者进行管理,可以有效提高临床护理质量,并提升患者生活质量和用药依从性。

Objective:To study the effect and implementation significance of case management nursing for HIV-infected patients in infectious disease clinics.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2020,100 patients with documented HIV infection were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing management.The observation group applied case management nursing on the basis of routine nursing management.The scores of quality of life and medication compliance were compared between the two groups.Results:The medication compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of overall health,physiological function,mental health,physical pain,emotional function and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of case management nursing model in infectious disease clinics to manage patients can effectively improve the quality of clinical care,and improve the quality of life of patients and medication compliance.
