梁惠卿教授从“脾不散精”论治非酒精性脂肪性肝病的学术思想

Professor Liang Huiqing’s academic thought on treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease from theory of spleen failing to disperse essence

非酒精性脂肪性肝病(Non-alcoholic Fatty Liver Disease,NAFLD)的发病率越来越高,然而该病的发病机制尚未明确,且无特效药,临床治疗效果欠佳。梁惠卿教授总结其临床诊病经验,认为脾不散精、水谷精微失于输布代谢,凝结成痰浊瘀血留着于肝而形成NAFLD,采取"健脾益气、化痰逐瘀"的方法治疗NAFLD,在临床上颇有成效。本文介绍梁惠卿教授从"脾不散精"的角度论治NAFLD的学术思想。

The incidence of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is getting higher and higher,but the pathogenesis of the disease is not clear,the special drug is not found and the clinical treatment is not satisfactory.Professor Liang Huiqing sums up her clinical experience and considers that the occurrence of the disease is related to spleen failing to disperse essence and cereal nutrients failing to transmission and metabolism,which causes phlegm turbidity and blood stasis to stay in the liver.The method of“strengthening spleen and tonifying Qi,eliminating phlegm and removing blood stasis”is effective in the treatment of NAFLD,so this paper will introduce Professor Liang Huiqing’s academic thought on the treatment of NAFLD from the perspective of spleen failing to disperse essence.
