孙丰雷教授治疗消渴病常用药对浅析

A brief analysis of Professor Sun Fenglei’s frequently-used medicine pair in the treatment of diabetes

孙丰雷教授少年时即入选中医专业少年班培养计划,后师从国家级名老中医程益春教授,孙师继承了程益春教授"脾虚致消,理脾愈消"的理论及益气健脾的治疗大法,在临床上治疗消渴病时不忘顾护脾胃。此外,孙师又结合多年的临床经验,提出湿、热、痰、瘀为消渴病的主要病理因素。本文从消渴病常见的病因病机切入,重视调理脾胃的同时结合现今实际特点,在中医学整体观念和辨证论治理论的指导下,确立以健脾、清热、活血为主要原则的治疗思路,以脏腑辨证结合八纲辨证,具体列举健脾燥湿、健脾输津、健脾补肾、清热燥湿、清热泻火、清热解毒、活血化瘀7组代表药对,结合药物性味归经、功效配伍、方剂知识、经典医学、现代药理研究等相关知识,通过观察患者临床实际反馈,从适应证、配伍、用量、禁忌证的角度全面阐述药对的应用要点,并列举验方一首,经实际临床验证,效佳。

Professor Sun Fenglei is selected into the training program of the Juvenile Class of Traditional Chinese Medicine when he is a teenager.After learning from Professor Cheng Yichun,a famous national doctor of traditional Chinese medicine,Professor Sun inherits Professor Cheng Yichun’s theory of"eliminating spleen deficiency,regulating the spleen and invigorating the spleen".In the clinical treatment of diabetes,he never neglects to take care of spleen and stomach.In addition,Sun also combines his many years of clinical experience.It is suggested that dampness,heat,phlegm and blood stasis are the main pathological factors of diabetes.In this paper,starting from the common etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes,attaching importance to recuperating the spleen and stomach,combined with the current practical characteristics,and the treatment idea of invigorating the spleen,clearing heat and activating blood circulation as the main principles of treatment is established under the guidance of the overall concept of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of syndrome differentiation.According to the syndrome differentiation of viscera combined with eight syndromes,seven groups are represented as spleen dryness-dampness,spleen-invigorating fluid,spleen-tonifying and kidney-tonifying,heat-clearing and heat-purging,heat-clearing and detoxification,and blood-activating.Combined with the knowledge of drug meridian tropism,efficacy compatibility,prescription knowledge,classical medicine and modern pharmacological research,this paper comprehensively expounds the main points of the application of drug pairs from the point of view of indications,compatibility,dosage and contraindications by observing patients’clinical practice,and enumerates an empirical prescription,which has been proved to be effective in clinical practice.
