柴胡疏肝散合阳和汤加减配合中药外敷在非哺乳期乳腺炎治疗中的临床效果研究

Clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan powder and Yanghe decoction combined with TCM external application on non-lactating mastitis

目的:探讨柴胡疏肝散合阳和汤加减内服配合中药芒硝局部外敷在非哺乳期乳腺炎治疗中的价值。方法:选取南昌大学第一附属医院50例非哺乳期乳腺炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各25例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,观察组给予柴胡疏肝散合阳和汤配合中药外敷进行治疗。治疗3个月后对比两组患者治疗效果,观察局部肿块大小及红肿疼痛的程度、瘘管愈合程度,乳腺超声所见的低回声区范围大小,情绪方面的焦虑评分量表得分情况。结果:观察组治疗结束后肿块及瘘管的愈合情况总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05);同时,观察组的焦虑评分量表得分小于对照组(P<0.05)。发病特点以液性暗区、左乳及乳腺上方发病多见,但是两组患者乳腺超声缩减的低回声范围大小,无明显差异。结论:柴胡疏肝散合阳和汤加减配合中药外敷法对非哺乳期乳腺炎患者局部肿块及瘘管的治疗效果显著,且可显著改善患者的焦虑情况。故我们得出该内外同治的方法对于非哺乳期乳腺炎患者有显著改善患者临床症状,促进身心健康,提高生活质量的较好疗效。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of the oral administration of Chaihu Shugan powder(柴胡疏肝散)and Yanghe decoction(阳和汤)combined with the external application of Mangxiao(芒硝)on non-lactating mastitis.Methods:50 cases from The First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were selected and divided them into two groups,with 25 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given Chaihu Shugan powder and Yanghe decoction combined with the external application of Mangxiao treatment.After three months’treatment,the treatment efficacy was compared.The size of local mass,the degree of redness and pain,the healing degree of fistula,the range of low echo area were observed by breast ultrasound,and the scores of anxiety scale in emotional aspects were observed.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);meantime,the anxiety scale scores of the observation group was less than that of the control group(P<0.05).The attack characteristics were obvious on fluid sonolucent area,the left breast and the upper area.However,there was no significant difference in decreasing the scale of low echo area.Conclusion:Chaihu Shugan powder and Yanghe decoction combined with the external application of Mangxiao treatment shows a good effect on non-lactating mastitis,and it can ameliorate the patients’clinic symptoms and promote the patients’physical and mental health.
