茵陈蒿汤加减治疗急性重症胰腺炎的临床疗效

The clinical effect of artemisia argyi decoction on the treatment of acute severe pancreatitis

目的:探讨茵陈蒿汤加减在急性重症胰腺炎患者中的效果分析。方法:选择2016年6月-2020年5月接受茵陈蒿汤加减治疗的患者62例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组(35例)和观察组(27例)。对照组采取常规治疗,观察组在对照组基础上结合茵陈蒿汤加减治疗,治疗后对患者效果进行评估,比较两组患者实验室指标,症状缓解时间。结果:观察组治疗后实验室指标比对照组更接近正常值(P<0.05);观察组患者症状缓解时间低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:将茵陈蒿汤加减于治疗急性重症胰腺炎患者,使患者身体指标更加接近正常值,减少患者治疗后症状缓解时间,值得推广应用。

Objective:to study the effect of artemisia annua decoction in patients with acute severe pancreatitis.Methods:a total of 62 patients who received artemisia annua decoction plus or minus treatment from June 2016 to May 2020 were selected as the study subjects.The random number table was divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(27 cases).The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received the combination of artemisia annua decoction plus or minus treatment on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the effect of the patients was evaluated,and the laboratory indicators and symptom relief time of the patients in the two groups were compared.Results:after treatment,the laboratory index of the observation group was closer to the normal value than that of the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:artemisia annua decoction can be used in the treatment of patients with acute severe pancreatitis,so that the body indexes of the patients are closer to the normal value,and the time for symptom relief after treatment can be reduced.
