刃针结合手法治疗颈源性头痛的效果观察

Observation on the effect of needle and blade combined with manipulation in treating cervical headache

目的:分析刃针结合手法治疗颈源性头痛的效果。方法:回顾分析南方医科大学深圳医院2017年6月-2019年12月收治的颈源性头痛患者80例,按治疗方式分组,其中40例接受手法治疗(对照组),另40例接受刃针结合手法治疗(研究组),比较治疗效果,如疼痛视觉模拟评分量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)评分、颈椎活动度ROM评分、颈痛量表NPQ评分、焦虑自评量表SAS评分等。结果:治疗前,组间VAS评分、NPQ评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组VAS评分、NPQ评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前组间ROM评分、SAS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,研究组ROM评分高于对照组,SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床治疗颈源性头痛,在手法治疗的基础上,再给予刃针方式,可显著改善患者疼痛症状、颈椎活动度,并让其保持良好的心理状态,效果良好。

Objective:To analyze the effect of acupuncture combined with manipulation in the treatment of cervical headache.Methods:Eighty patients with cervical headache admitted to Shenzhen Hospital of Southern Medical University from June 2017 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the treatment methods,40 patients received manipulation therapy(the control group),and the other 40 patients received combined manipulation and blade needle therapy(the study group).The therapeutic effects were compared,such as VAS score,ROM score of cervical motion,cervical spine mobility NPQ neck pain scale score,anxiety self-assessment scale SAS scores,etc.Results:Before treatment,there was little difference in VAS score and NPQ score between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,VAS score and NPQ score of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was little difference in ROM score and SAS score between two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,ROM score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,while SAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of cervical headache,on the basis of manipulation treatment,the needle and blade method can significantly relieve the pain symptoms and improve cervical mobility of patients,and keeps them in a good psychological state,which achieves a good effect.
