快速康复外科理念结合中医护理在经皮肾镜取石术中的应用

Application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in percutaneous nephrolithotomy

目的:观察快速康复外科理念结合中医护理在经皮肾镜取石术中的应用疗效。方法:聊城市中医医院2018年12月-2019年12月收治的76例经皮肾镜取石术患者为本次研究对象,按照是否行快速康复外科理念结合中医护理将患者分为对照组(38例:未行快速康复外科理念结合中医护理而行常规护理)与试验组(38例:行快速康复外科理念结合中医护理),比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果:试验组患者术前24 h、术前、术后12 h、24 h数字疼痛NRS量表得分均低于对照组,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。术后首次进食时间、术后排气时间、首次下床活动时间、平均住院时间等均比对照组短,数据差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:经皮肾镜取石术患者快速康复外科理念结合中医护理效果优于常规护理。

Objective:To observe the effect of concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods:76 patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy treated in Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from December 2018 to December 2019 were the subjects of this study.According to the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine,the patients were divided into a control group(38 cases:routine nursing instead of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing)and the experimental group(38 cases:rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing),the effects of nursing intervention between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of the digital pain NRS scale in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group 24 hours before operation,12 hours before operation,and 12 hours and 24 hours after operation.The time of first meal after operation,the time of post-ventilation,the time of getting out of bed for the first time,and the average length of hospital stay of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group,and the data were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing on patients with percutaneous nephrolithotomy is better than conventional nursing.
