正清风痛宁穴位注射治疗骨质疏松腰背痛的疗效观察

Efficacy observation of the Zhengqing Fengtongning injection by acupoint injection on low back pain in osteoporosis

目的:观察正清风痛宁注射液穴位注射治疗骨质疏松腰背痛的临床疗效。方法:将72例湖南省中医药研究院附属医院骨伤科收治的骨质疏松腰背痛患者按随机数字表法分为治疗组及对照组,各36例。对照组予阿仑膦酸钠片及钙尔奇D片口服治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上予正清风痛宁注射液穴位注射治疗,两组患者均治疗4周;观察并记录两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(Visual Analogue Scale,VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry Disability Index,ODI)及临床疗效;记录两组患者不良反应。结果:经4周治疗后,治疗组总有效率为91.76%(33/36),明显高于对照组77.78%(28/36)(P<0.05);治疗组VAS评分、ODI评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),且治疗组改善优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组的不良反应率是2.78%(1/36),而对照组为5.56%(2/36),两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:正清风痛宁穴位注射治疗骨质疏松腰背痛疗效显著,可有效缓解疼痛、改善腰椎功能,不良反应较少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection(正清风痛宁注射液)on the treatment of osteoporotic low back pain.Methods:The 72 patients with osteoporosis and low back pain admitted to the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of our hospital were divided into a treatment group and a control group according to a random number table,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with alendronate sodium tablets and Calci D tablets orally,and the treatment group was treated with acupoint injection of Zhengqing Fengtongning injection on the basis of the treatment of the control group.Patients in both groups were treated for 4 weeks;The visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry dysfunction index(ODI)and clinical efficacy were recorded before and after treatment.Adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.76%(33/36),which was significantly higher than that of the control group 77.78%(28/36)(P<0.05);the VAS score and ODI score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the treatment group improved better than the control group(P<0.01);The adverse reaction rate was 2.78%(1/36),while the control group was 5.56%(2/36),there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Zhengqing Fengtongning acupoint injection has a significant effect on the treatment of osteoporosis and low back pain.It can effectively relieve pain and improve lumbar spine function with fewer adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical application.
