膝关节自发性骨坏死相关机制的研究进展

Research progress on the mechanism of spontaneous osteonecrosis of knee joint

目前,关于膝关节自发性骨坏死(Spontaneous Osteonecrosis of the Knee,SONK)机制尚缺乏清晰的认识,西医提出的机制主要是创伤相关理论和血管源性理论,中医学尚无此相关病因病机制的记载。明确本病机制对截断病程进展,有效治疗SONK意义巨大,笔者检索国内外文献,并总结、归纳,现将SONK中、西医相关发病机制做如下综述,希望能对临床骨科医师诊治SONK提供一定的理论依据和指导。

At present,there is still a lack of clear understanding of the mechanism of spontaneous osteonecrosis of the knee(SONK).The mechanism proposed by western medicine is mainly trauma related theory and vascular origin theory,but there is no record of this related etiology and disease mechanism in Chinese medicine.Clarifying the pathogenesis of SONK is of great significance to truncate the progression of the disease and effectively treat SONK.The author searches domestic and foreign literatures and summarizes them.The pathogenesis of SONK in Chinese and western medicine is summarized as follows.
