中药阴道冲洗液治疗放射性阴道炎的临床观察

Clinical observation on the treatment of radioactive vaginitis with Chinese medicine vaginal rinse solution

目的:观察中药阴道冲洗治疗放射性阴道炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年2月-2018年8月于甘肃省肿瘤医院行根治性放射治疗的宫颈癌患者300例,按随机数字表法分为观察组(中药煎剂冲洗组)和对照组Ⅰ(1/90洁尔阴洗液冲洗组),对照组Ⅱ(1/5000~8000)高锰酸钾溶液冲洗组,各100例。观察比较三组防治放射性阴道炎的临床疗效。结果:观察组治愈率、总有效率均高于对照组Ⅰ、对照组Ⅱ,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药汤剂阴道冲洗治疗放射性阴道炎疗效显著,值得推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine vaginal irrigation on radioactive vaginitis.Methods:A total of 300 patients with cervical cancer who received radical radiotherapy in Gansu Cancer Hospital from February 2016 to August 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(TCM decoction irrigation group),control group I(1/90 Jieeryin lotion irrigation group),control group II(1/5000-8000 potassium permanganate solution irrigation group),with 100 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy of three groups in preventing and treating radioactive vaginitis were observed and compared.Results:The cure rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of control group I and control group II,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine decoction vaginal irrigation is effective in treating radioactive vaginitis and it is worth popularizing and application.
