益气化瘀汤治疗药流不全30例疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 30 cases of incomplete drug abortion treated by Yiqi Huayu decoction

目的:观察应用益气化瘀汤治疗药流不全的临床治疗效果。方法:收集2017年1月-2020年12月就诊于北京市东城区妇幼保健计划生育服务中心门诊,诊断为药流不全的患者共60例,将符合纳入标准的药流不全患者随机分为对照组30例,试验组30例。对照组给予五加生化胶囊治疗,试验组给予益气化瘀汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效,观察宫腔残留组织大小、血清β-人绒毛膜促性腺激素(Human Chorionic Gonadotrophin,HCG)值、阴道出血情况,月经复潮时间等主要指标。结果:研究表明试验组在治疗1周和2周后宫腔残留组织明显缩小、血β-HCG值降低、阴道出血减少情况均高于对照组(P<0.05)。经比较试验组临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组月经恢复时间比较,差异无统计学有意义(P>0.05)。结论:益气化瘀汤可根据个人体质辨证施治,有针对性地缩小宫腔残留组织,减少阴道出血时间,提高药流不全临床疗效,帮助患者尽早恢复月经周期,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Yiqi Huayu decoction(益气化瘀汤)in treating incomplete drug abortion.METHODS:From January 2017 to July 2020,a total of 60 patients with incomplete drug flow diagnosed as gynecological outpatients and some outpatients from Dongcheng District Maternal and Child Health and Family Planning Service Center were collected,60 cases of incomplete medical abortion were randomly divided into control group(30 cases)and test group(30 cases).The control group was treated with Wujia Shenghua Capsule and the test group with Yiqi decoction.The clinical effect of the two groups after drug treatment was compared,and the main indexes such as the size of uterine cavity residual tissue,vaginal bleeding and the time of menorrhagia were compared.Results:The clinical effect of the test group was higher than that of the Control Group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,the improvement of uterine cavity residual tissue and the reduction of vaginal bleeding in the experimental group were higher than those in the Control Group(P<0.05).Compared with the Control Group,the duration of vaginal bleeding in the two groups was shorter(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huayu decoction can be applied according to individual constitution,syndrome differentiation,reducing residual tissue in uterine cavity,reducing the time of vaginal bleeding,improving the clinical effect of incomplete drug flow,and helping patients to recover menstrual cycle as soon as possible,which is worthy of clinical application.
