中医综合护理方案对剖宫产术后胃肠功能影响的临床研究

Clinical study on the effect of TCM comprehensive nursing scheme on gastrointestinal function after cesarean section

目的:观察中医综合护理方案在实施剖宫产术产妇中的临床运用效果,并观察其对产妇术后胃肠功能的影响。方法:按随机双盲法,将日照市人民医院于2019年5月-2020年4月所收治的70例剖宫产产妇分成常规组与中医组,每组各有35例产妇。其中,对常规组予以常规护理干预措施,在其基础上,对中医组再予以中医综合护理方案;对两组产妇的胃肠功能改善情况加以观察与比较。结果:中医组产妇的产后初次排气时间、初次排便时间以及肠鸣音恢复时间等均优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医组护理满意度(91.4%,32/35)显著高于常规组(80.0%,28/35),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.214,P<0.05)。结论:对实施剖宫产术的产妇予以中医综合护理方案,效果明显,能促进产妇术后胃肠功能的恢复,具备临床推广价值。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)comprehensive nursing scheme in the implementation of caesarean section puerpera,and to observe its effect on gastrointestinal function after cesarean section.Methods:According to the randomized double-blind method,70 cases of cesarean section pregnant women admitted to People’s Hospital of Rizhao from May 2019 to April 2020 were divided into the conventional group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.Conventional nursing intervention measures were given to the conventional group,and then the traditional Chinese medicine comprehensive nursing scheme was given to the traditional Chinese medicine group.The improvement of gastrointestinal function in two groups of parturients was observed and compared.Results:The first exhaust time,the first defecation time and the recovery time of bowel sounds in the traditional Chinese medicine group were all better than those in the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the TCM group(91.4%,32/35)was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(80.0%,28/35),which was with a statistically significant difference(χ^(2)=5.214,P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing scheme of traditional Chinese medicine for pregnant women undergoing cesarean section has obvious effect,it can promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after cesarean section,which has clinical promotion value.
