新型可调式自动脉冲电皮肤针的进展与产业化

摘要 目的:在自主研制一种新型可调式自动脉冲电皮肤针的基础上,不仅在叩刺方式上,用自动叩刺代替人工叩刺,而且针对临床不同的科室以及患者,本团队力争做到因人施治,使患者及时有效地得到最佳的治疗。方法:受到新的创业理念—数字中医药的启发,创建与本产品匹配的APP,其包括以下功能:指导治疗、经络测评、中医问诊、产品介绍,均借助于本团队研制的电皮肤针,所记录并且上传的患者身体状况的云数据。结果:在本市四所医院进行调查问卷以及统计反馈,并且在临床运用方面,进行深入研究,医生和患者好评不断,尤其是针对皮肤科疾病的治疗,成果颇丰。结论:使皮肤针易于患者自主操作的同时,更通过APP把患者的相关身体状况信息反馈给患者本人,患者可以明确病情,其有助于接受更加有效的治疗。在一定程度上,不仅使目前局限于针灸科的皮肤针应用到临床的其他科室,同时其发展也促进了中医医疗产品走入家庭医疗。 Objective:To develop a new type of adjustable automatic pulse electric dermatological needle,and to replace manual tapping with automatic tapping.In addition,for different clinical departments and patients,the team strives to achieve person-to-person treatment,so that patients can get the best treatment in a timely and effective manner.Methods:Inspired by a new entrepreneurial concept--digital traditional Chinese medicine,an APP matching the product was created,which included the following functions:guidance of treatment,meridian evaluation,traditional Chinese medicine consultation,product introduction,with the help of the electric dermatology needle developed by our team,all of them recorded and uploaded the cloud data of the patient’s physical condition.Results:Questionnaire survey and statistical feedback were carried out in four hospitals of the city,and in-depth research was carried out in clinical application.Doctors and patients praised it constantly,especially for the treatment of dermatological diseases,it was with fruitful results.Conclusion:The dermatology needle is easier for the patient to operate autonomously,and the patient’s related physical condition information can be fed back to the patient through APP.The patient can be clear about the condition,and it is helpful for the patient to receive more effective treatment.To some extent,dermatology needle,which is currently limited to acupuncture department,is not only applied to other clinical departments,but also promotes the introduction of TCM medical products into family medicine.
