摘要
无线通信系统向毫米波等更高频段演进已经成为后5G(Beyond 5G,B5G)和未来6G移动通信网络发展的必然趋势。针对毫米波路径损耗较大、受障碍物遮挡影响明显等问题,文章提出基于智能超表面的毫米波室外覆盖增强和室内覆盖增强技术方案,通过在毫米波信号传播空间部署智能超反射/透射表面及控制单元,按需动态构造视距反射路径,以非视距反射信道替代受障碍物遮挡的视距信道,有效提升毫米波信号覆盖质量。
The evolution of wireless communication system to higher frequency band such as millimeter wave has become the inevitable trend of the development of beyond 5G(B5G)and 6G network.However,for millimeter wave path loss is bigger,the problem such as affected by obstacles keep out clearly,in this paper,the novel schemes based on reconfigurable intelligent surface(RIS)are proposed for enhancement of outdoor and indoor millimeter coverage by replacing blocked light of sight(LOS)path with non-light of sight(NLOS)paths.Millimeter coverage is enhanced by deploying reflection or refraction surfaces and dynamically controlled by reconfigurable controller.
