摘要
为保证飞行机组与客舱乘务安全演练效果,在基于多团队联合运作效能模型基础上,初步筛选出14项飞行机组与客舱乘务安全演练技能指标,运用探索性因子分析法将14项指标划分为4个维度。为反映安全演练中当前技能的掌握情况及未来趋势,确定了五元联系数的集对评估方法;为解决赋权时主观不确定性问题,确定了基于三角模糊数的最优最劣法的权重计算方法;最终构建了基于集对分析理论的五元联系数安全演练效果评估模型。经过实例验证,被试机组安全演练效果评估等级为“优秀”,并且有接近“良好”下降的趋势。结果表明:安全演练效果评估模型可以有效评估训练等级及未来发展趋势,对提高飞行机组与客舱乘务安全演练效果以及保证飞机安全运行具有现实意义。
In order to ensure the effectiveness of safety training of flight crew and cabin crew,14 flight crew and cabin crew training skills indicators were initially selected based on the multi-team joint operation efficiency model.Those 14 indicators were divided into four dimensions with the use of exploratory factor analysis.The set pair evaluation method of five-element connection number is determined to reflect the mastery of current skills and future trend in safety training.To solve the problem of subjective uncertainty in weighting,the Best-Worst-Method based on triangular fuzzy number is determined to quantify each training skill.Finally,based on the set pair analysis theory,a safety training effectiveness evaluation model of flight crew and cabin crew is constructed.The experiment verifies that the evaluation level of the training effect of the tested crew was excellent,and there is a downward trend close to“good”.The results show that the model of safety training effect evaluation can effectively evaluate the training level and future development trends,and is of great practical significance to improve the safety training effectiveness and ensure the safe operation of aircraft.
