摘要
采用层次分析法对氢能源动力轻轨运营安全风险进行分析,从人、机、环境、管理4个方面的影响因素入手,建立层次结构模型,并对所有权重进行排序分析。结果表明:管理因素对氢能源动力轻轨的安全运营影响最大,其次是设施设备因素;在权重重要度排序中,氢能源有轨电车排在首位,其次是隐患整改和安全教育培训。分析结果可为制定氢能源动力轻轨安全运营的对策提供一定借鉴。
In this paper,the operation safety risk analysis of hydrogen tram is studied by the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).Taking the factors of human,machine,environment and management into consideration,the analytic hierarchy process model is established,and the overall ranking weight of the elements in all layers are obtained.The results show that the management factor has the greatest impact on the operation safety of hydrogen tram,and followed by facilities and equipment.In the order of ranking weight importance,the hydrogen tram is ranked first,followed by hidden danger rectification and safety education and training.The research results can be used as guidance and references to the operation safety and decision-making for hydrogen tram.
