The Emergency Response System of Fire Detachment Level Full-service Headquarters

为切实加强消防救援支队级全勤指挥部指挥作战效能,提高大型灭火救援现场的组织指挥能力,对支队级全勤指挥部应急响应流程进行研究和归纳,全勤指挥部应急响应机制主要由预警机制、信息报送机制、力量调派机制、遂行出动机制四部分组成,包括从接警调度到指挥部到达现场之间灭火救援全流程和要素,实现应急响应机制可操作可复制。

To strengthen the operational command effectiveness of detachment level full-service headquarters and improve the command capability of handling large firefighting and rescue,this article studies and summarizes the emergency response process of detachment level full-service headquarters.This process is mainly composed of early warning,information transmission mechanism,personnel dispatch mechanism,and commencement mechanism,which covers the entire process and elements of firefighting and rescue from the personnel dispatching to the arrival at the scene.Such a response mechanism is operable and replicable.
