危险化学品道路运输事故分析及防范建议

Analysis of Road Transportation Accidents of Hazardous Chemicals and Preventive Suggestions

我国危险化学品以道路运输为主,运输数量巨大且种类众多。在运输过程中,容易因各种因素导致危险化学品泄漏、燃烧、爆炸等事故,造成重大人身财产损失,影响社会稳定。对危险化学品道路运输事故中暴露的问题进行剖析,从加强应急救援能力建设、应用人工智能新技术、完善应急救援机制、创新事故调查制度等角度提出防范建议,以期减少和避免此类事故的发生。

The hazardous chemicals in China are mainly transported by road.The volume of dangerous chemicals is huge and their variety is wide.During transportation,it is easy to cause such accidents as leakage,combustion and explosion of hazardous chemicals due to various factors,causing major personal and property losses and affecting social stability.This paper analyzes the problems exposed in road transportation accidents of hazardous chemicals,and puts forward some preventive suggestions from the perspectives of strengthening the construction of emergency rescue capacity,applying new artificial intelligence technology,perfecting emergency rescue mechanism and innovating accident investigation system,in order to reduce and avoid such accidents.
