近年来,公安机关大力推进情报、指挥、行动一体化合成作战建设,加快构建统一高效权威的情报指挥体系,着力锻造高素质情报指挥队伍,不断提升情报分析、研判预警、快速反应、高效指挥、应急处置能力和水平。作为公安专门人才培养的主阵地,公安院校必须坚持实战引领,科学分析合成作战指挥方向创建的必要性和可行性,创新人才培养模式,科学设计人才培养方案,从而为公安机关培养高质量的合成作战指挥人才。

In recent years,public security organs have vigorously promoted the construction of integrated operations of intelligence,command and action,accelerated the construction of a unified,efficient and authoritative intelligence command system,made efforts to forge a high-quality and excellent intelligence command team,and constantly improved the ability and level of intelligence analysis,research and early warning,rapid response,efficient command and emergency response.As the main base for training public security specialized personnel,public security colleges and universities must follow the guidance of real combats,scientifically analyze the necessity and feasibility of establishing the professional direction of synthetic combat command,innovate the talent training mode,and scientifically design the talent training scheme,so as to cultivate high-quality synthetic combat command talents for public security organs.
