摘要
高等学校学术科研成果评价体系是充分发挥评价导向作用和激励作用的关键因素,从评价主体的选择、评价指标体系的建立、评价方法的设计等方面进行深入探索,认为学术科研成果评价各个阶段和各个方面都应该有专家同行的实际参与和指导,坚持科学分类、多维度评价。建立与完善我国高等学校的学术科研成果评价机制、评价标准和评价体系,有利于激励高等学校科研人员的积极性,推动产出高质量成果,营造良好学术科研创新生态。
The achievement evaluation system of academic research in colleges and universities is the key factor to give full play to the guiding and stimulating role of evaluation.In this paper,an in-depth exploration is carried out from the selection of the evaluation subject,the establishment of the evaluation index system,the design of the evaluation method.At every stage and in all aspects,experts and peers are involved in the guidance to ensure scientific classification and multi-dimensional evaluation.The establishment and improvement of such an evaluation mechanism,evaluation standards,and evaluation system can help inspire the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel in colleges and universities,promote the production of high-quality results,and create a good innovation ecology.
