摘要 In occasion of FAO World Food Day,recurring each year on october 16th since 1945,we will deal with food,nutrition,diet,mediterrenean diet,GIFT diet,and traditional chinese medicine models.It will also be interesting to talk about concepts like right to food,and sustainable diets.It is essential to get and have more and more awareness in food field,since metabolic diseases are preventable with an healthy lifestyle;mediterrenean diet is a fundamental pillar,but such dysfunctions seem to grow in a society in which every problem is solved eating for all our daily stresses;nervous eating particularly in difficult time seems to grow as well,and obesity hits 10-15%of people during last 20 years.To have a less negative impact and to recover healthy lifestyles,we have to know more about food,nutrition,eating.We should encourage also practice of physical activity(at least 30 minutes per day-10.000 steps e.g.),and:stress management with mindfulness activities,a valid quality of affective life;parallely we should reduce screen time and increase contact with nature.
