写作学在我国的发展已取得了一系列重要研究成果,从借鉴西方理论,到本土的创造性发展,从关注理论研究到重视实践应用等方面都有了深化和提升。多学科交叉、融合是当代科学发展的趋势,作为实践应用范围极为广泛的写作学,在这一背景下应积极探索人才培养的创新体系。多学科融合背景下写作学人才培养体系的构成,是一个从理念创新到行动创新的系统工程。写作学人才培养体系的建设,应在传承传统写作教学之长的同时,以社会需求为导向,建立“专项培训+院校培养”的写作学人才培养机制,构建多学科交叉融合的写作学课程体系。

The development of writing in China has made a series of important research results,from the reference of western theory to the local creative development and from the attention to theoretical research to pay attention to practical application and other aspects have been deepened and improved.Multidisciplinary integration is the trend of contemporary scientific development.As a writing science with a wide range of practical applications,we should actively explore the innovative system of talent training in this context.The composition of writing talent cultivation system under the background of multidisciplinary integration is a systematic project from concept innovation to action innovation.The construction of writing talent cultivation system should not only inherit the advantages of traditional writing teaching,but also establish a writing talent cultivation mechanism of special training+college training guided by social needs and construct a multidisciplinary writing curriculum system.
