消瘤方治疗子宫内膜异位症肾虚血瘀型的临床疗效及对患者血管生成相关指标和不同月经周期痛经情况的影响

Effect of Xiaoliu Recipe on angiogenesis-related indicators of patient with endometriosis and its Influence on dysmenorrhea in different menstrual cycles

目的观察消瘤方治疗子宫内膜异位症(EMs)肾虚血瘀型的临床疗效及对患者血管生成相关指标和不同月经周期痛经情况的影响。方法将120例EMs肾虚血瘀型患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组60例予米非司酮片治疗,治疗组60例在对照组治疗基础上采用消瘤方治疗,2组均治疗6个月经周期。比较2组疗效;比较2组治疗前后血管生成相关指标、不同月经周期疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)及主要症状、体征评分变化。结果治疗组总有效率91.67%(55/60),对照组总有效率76.67%(46/60),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、转化生长因子β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不同月经周期疼痛VAS比较均有下降趋势(P<0.05),且治疗组下降趋势更明显(P<0.05)。2组治疗后骶韧带触痛结节、性交疼痛、非经期盆腔痛、盆腔压痛评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消瘤方治疗EMs肾虚血瘀型,可有效改善患者临床症状、体征,抑制子宫内膜血管生成,减轻月经期疼痛。

Objective To analyze the effect of Effect of Xiaoliu Recipe on angiogenesis-related indicators of patients with endometriosis(EMs)and its Influence on dysmenorrhea(DM)in different menstrual cycles.Methods Totally 120 EMs patients were randomly divided into control group(60 cases)and treatment group(60 cases).Cases in treatment group were treated with mifepristone plus Xiaoliu Recipe,and control group with the same dose of mifepristone alone;for 6 menstrual cycles of the treatment.The curative effects were counted,and the pro-,and post-treatment angiogenesis-related indicators,visual analogue scale(VAS)for DM in different menstrual cycles,and major symptoms and signs scores were compared between groups.Results The total effective rate was 91.67%(55/60)and 76.67%(46/60)for treatment group and control group,respectively,which in treatment group was significantly higher(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,angiogenesis-related indicators such as vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1)),basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)were significantly lower(P<0.05),improvement of which in treatment group were significantly better in comparison with control group(P<0.05);VAS for DM in different menstrual cycles trended downward,the trend of downward was significantly more in treatment group(P<0.05);major symptoms and signs scores(painful nodularity on uterosacral ligaments,dyspareunea,non-menstrual pelvic pain,pelvic tenderness)were decreased(P<0.05),the treatment group reduced significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion For EMs patients,Xiaoliu Recipe can effectively improve clinical symptoms and signs scores,inhibit angiogenesis,reduced DM.
