常规康复训练结合针刺对老年偏瘫患者康复的疗效观察

Observation on the effect of conventional rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture on the rehabilitation of elderly patients with hemiplegia

目的探讨老年偏瘫患者最佳的康复治疗方法。方法74例偏瘫患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者37例。对照组采取康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行针刺治疗。治疗3个月后,从患者运动功能评分、神经功能缺损程度评分、平衡功能评分和治疗有效率等方面比较治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者运动功能和平衡功能评分高,神经功能缺损程度评分低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论常规康复训练结合针刺疗法可以提高老年偏瘫患者的康复效果。

Objective To explore the best rehabilitation treatment for elderly patients with hemiplegia.Methods Seventy-four patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into control group and observation group,37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation training,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group.After 3 months of treatment,the therapeutic effects were compared in terms of motor function score,neurological deficit score,balance function score and treatment efficiency.Results Compared with the control group,the scores of motor function and balance function in the observation group were higher,and the scores of nerve function defect were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Conventional rehabilitation training combined with acupuncture can improve the rehabilitation effect of elderly patients with hemiplegia.
