国际中文教师教学能力再探--成为“学的专家” 被引量:10

Rediscussing Teaching Competence of Teaching Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages-Becoming an“Expert in Learning”

摘要 教学是国际中文教师之根本。教师想成为“教的专家”,首先要成为“学的专家”。“学的专家”,即教师学会学习,学会如何通过学习不断充实与完善自我,实现教学能力和专业素养的持续提升。其基本理念包括三方面:由被动学习变主动学习;由短期学习变终身学习;由工具性学习变反思性学习。具体实现路径包括以“经验实在”为基础的学习、以案例为支撑的情境学习、以共同体为基础的合作交流学习、以关键性事件为核心的学习、教师在反思性教学中学习、教师在行动研究中学习。国际中文教师教学能力的提升是学—教—学的连续的、循环的、呈螺旋式递进的过程。 Teaching is the foundation of international Chinese teachers.A teacher who wants to be an“expert in teaching”must first become an“expert in learning”.This study defines and analyzes the specific meaning,basic concept and learning path of“learning expert”.Its basic concept includes three aspects:from passive learning to active learning;from short-term learning to lifelong learning;from instrumental learning to reflective learning.The concrete realization path includes learning based on“experienced reality”,situational learning supported by case,cooperative communication learning based on community,and learning centered on critical events.Teachers learn in reflective teaching,and teachers learn in action research.International Chinese teachers improvement of their teaching ability is a continuous,circular and spiral process of learning-teaching-learning.
