医学家庭背景对广州市老年人健康素养影响的倾向性评分匹配研究

Research on the Propensity Score Matching of the Influence of Medical Family Background on Health Literacy of the Elderly in Guangzhou

目的:探究广州市医学家庭背景和非医学家庭背景的老年人健康素养状况差异,为提出有针对性的健康教育措施提供参考。方法:采用倾向性评分匹配法对医学家庭背景的老年人和非医学相关背景家庭的老年人样本数据进行匹配,并用χ2检验和配对t检验对匹配后的结果做均衡性分析及相关统计分析。结果:匹配后全部协变量达到均衡状态,匹配水平良好。匹配后医学相关家庭背景的老年人总分为(52.37±4.84),非医学相关家庭背景的老年人总分为(51.20±5.65),医学相关家庭背景的老年人在健康基本知识与理念、健康生活方式与行为方面得分均高于无医学家庭背景的老年人,其中健康基本知识与理念得分差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:两组总分均处于较低水平,应进一步采取措施提高老年人的健康素养水平。

Objective:To explore the difference of health literacy of the elderly with medical family background and non-medical family background in Guangzhou,so as to put forward targeted health education measures.Methods:The propensity score matching(PSM)method was used to match the sample data of the elderly with medical family background and non-medical family background,chi-square test and paired t-test were used for the balanced analysis and related statistical analysis after matching.Results:After matching,all covariates reached equilibrium,and the matching level was good.After matching,the total score of the elderly with medical family background was(52.37±4.84),and the total score of the elderly with non-medical family background was(51.20±5.65).The scores of elderly with medical family background in basic health knowledge and concepts,healthy lifestyles and behaviors were all higher than those of the elderly with non-medical family background,and the scores of basic health knowledge and concepts were significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion:The total scores of the two groups are at a low level,and further measures should be taken to improve the health literacy level of the elderly.
