失能程度对中老年人抑郁倾向的影响及年龄的调节效应

Influence of Degree of Disability on Depression Tendency of Middle-aged and Elderly People and Moderating Effect of Age

目的:分析失能程度对中老年人抑郁倾向的影响以及年龄在两者之间的调节效应。方法:数据来源为2015年中国健康与养老追踪调查,以1804名45岁及以上失能中老年人为研究对象,利用分层回归分析方法探究年龄在中老年人失能程度与抑郁倾向间的调节效应。结果:中度失能(β=7.894)和重度失能(β=6.537)相较于轻度失能显著影响中老年人抑郁倾向,年龄(β=-0.039)显著影响其抑郁倾向,中度失能与年龄的交互项(β=-0.088)对其抑郁倾向产生显著影响。结论:失能程度对中老年人抑郁倾向有显著正向影响,年龄在失能程度和抑郁倾向间存在调节效应。

Objective:To analyze the influence of the degree of disability on depression tendency of middle-aged and elderly people and the moderating effect of age between them.Methods:The data were from the China health and retirement longitudinal study in 2015 and 1804 middle-aged and elderly people with disability who were aged 45 years and above were selected as the subjects.The stratified regression analysis was performed to explore the moderating effect of age on the relationship between the degree of disability and depression tendency of middle-aged and elderly people.Results:Compared with mild disability,moderate disability(β=7.894)and severe disability(β=6.537)significantly affected depression tendency of middle-aged and elderly people.Age(β=-0.039)significantly affected depression tendency.The interaction effect of moderate disability and age(β=-0.088)on depression tendency reached significant levels.Conclusion:The degree of disability had a significant positive effect on depression tendency of middle-aged and elderly people,and age had a moderating effect on the relationship between the degree of disability and depression tendency.
