我国失智老年人长期照护模式选择意愿影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Willingness to Choose the Long-term Care Mode of the Elderly with Dementia in China

目的:探讨我国失智老年人长期照护模式选择意愿的影响因素,为有效开展长期照护服务提供参考。方法:基于2018年中国老年健康影响因素跟踪调查数据,运用描述性统计和logistic回归分析失智老年人长期照护模式选择意愿的总体情况及其影响因素。结果:93.35%的失智老年人选择居家长期照护模式。个人特征、家庭特征、社会支持和代际支持对失智老年人长期照护模式选择意愿均具有显著性影响。结论:年龄、居住地、自评健康状况、婚姻状况、社区提供起居照料服务、社会保障和代际照护支持是影响我国失智老年人长期照护模式选择意愿的重要因素。

Objective:To explore the factors influencing the willingness to choose the long-term care mode of the elderly with dementia in China,so as to provide references for carrying out the long-term care services effectively.Methods:Based on the data of Chinese longitudinal healthy longevity survey in 2018,descriptive statistical analysis and logistic regression were used to analyze the overall situation and influencing factors of the willingness to choose the long-term care mode for the elderly with dementia.Results:93.35%of the elderly with dementia chose the long-term care mode at home.Personal characteristics,family characteristics,social support and intergenerational support significantly affected the willingness to choose the long-term care mode of the elderly with dementia.Conclusion:Age,residence,self-rated health status,marital status,care services provided by community,social security and intergenerational care support are the key influencing factors of the willingness to choose the long-term care mode of the elderly with dementia in China.
